The Bell Choir at University Lutheran Church of Hope is a group of dedicated musicians who play 3-4 octaves of Malmark bronze handbells and chimes. Currently rehearsals are 5-6pm every Wednesday night, and the group plays about once a month in worship.
We anticipate losing several ringers in Fall 2015 to life changes (especially college). While we’re sad to see them go, this also means that it is a perfect time to start ringing bells. We’ll be offering a couple of “Introduction to Handbell ringing” times for people to see if they’d like to join the group next year. Contact the Director of Music and Worship for more information.
