Sarah is a current student at the University of Minnesota. She writes, “I’m in my third year majoring in Foundations of Education: Elementary, with a secondary focus on English, Reading and Language Arts. I enjoy spending time with children and work part time at the Minneapple Montessori International School right down the road. My passions in life are anything outdoors or involving animals, sports/hands-on activities, and my family and friends. Many a times you'll find me walking around the campus, going to great movies, exploring the unique restaurant scene in the Twin Cities, or reading a great book.”
